2 Months and GROWING!

Time has flown by and I love my mommy and daddy and big sister.  They take good care of me.  I love to be talked to and show them to do more by smiling back.  I'm starting to figure out how to use my voice to talk back too.  I like to be on my tummy.  Mommy says that I'm strong and that as soon as I can roll over that she's sure I'll sleep on my tummy instead of my back.  I'm a master eater and still like to snack every 2-4 hours.  I did give mommy a break last night and slept from 10pm all the way until 6am.  Mommy sure did like that.  Oh, did I tell you that I'm also sleeping in my big boy crib!  My bassinet in mommy and daddy's room got too small when I was about a month old.   Now I share a room with my big sister and LOVE it.

Today, I went to see Dr. Spike with my sister and mommy.  I weighed 14 pounds, 5 1/4 ounces (95%tile) and was 24 3/4 inches long (96%tile).  I smiled and cooed at Dr. Spike.  I think he liked it.  He also told mommy that I can see really well and my hearing is also good.  The worst part of the whole appointment were my shots.  First off, they woke me up after I dozed off in my mommy's arms.  Then they gave me something to drink...YUCK!  And the last part was the worst!  They gave me three shots...I SCREAMED!  What did you think I would do?  I screamed and screamed and then mommy calmed me down and I zonked out in my car seat for a nice nap.
