A weekend at Grandpa and Grandma Kahl's...

Mommy and I went back to South Dakota last weekend.  Sophie and Charlie came with too.  We had a great time seeing lots of family and friends, while daddy stayed in Minnesota to work.  We stayed at Grandma Bonnie and Grandpa Dave's house.  Aunt Noel was there from Tennessee too.  We celebrated Grandpa Dave's birthday, so we got to see Uncle Greg, Aunt Mary, baby Meegan, Uncle Neil and Aunt Jada too.  On Friday, I got to go to college with mommy and crew.  We went to Augustana College to have lunch with Grandpa Dave.  I walked all over campus and met some of my mommy's teachers.  I can't wait to go to school someday.  On Saturday, I went to the Augustana homecoming parade with Grandpa John, Grandma Marilyn, Aunt Noel, and mommy.  We met mommy's friend, Jessica, and her little boy, Colin, there.  I had fun catching candy, listening to the bands, and pretending to play the drums on the sidewalk.  Then, mommy and Aunt Noel went to sell kettlekorn at the football game.  Grandma Marilyn and Grandpa John took me to a park and out to lunch.  (Thanks guys!)  After that, we met up with mommy and lots of other people for Meegan's baby shower.  Whew!  What a busy day!  Sunday, we had to drive back to Minnesota because I had swimming lessons and I missed daddy.  What a fun trip though.  Here is the weekend in pictures (minus the baby shower because mommy didn't have her camera).Visiting Ole at Augie.
