Happy New Year: Welcome 2012!

I am so excited to tell you about last night!  We had a party at my friend, Reegan's house.  We got to stay up really, really, really late.  Our parents didn't make us go to bed (which is great since I don't like to go to bed or nap time!)  We didn't even have to get in our car seats to go anywhere (Nolan really liked that part!)...we just walked across the street after quiet time.  Mommy had ordered pizza that was at the neighbors when we got there.  Reegan and I just wanted to play first.  Then we went downstairs and I ate 1 1/2 pieces of pizza.  We watched Tangled and played lots.  Reeg got this cool cardboard playhouse for Christmas...first we colored it and then we played in it!  Our parents came too.  They said that had fun too.  They played some big kid games....Apples to Apples and Balderdash.  Our little brothers went to bed at their normal times...or maybe just a bit later than normal.  Both woke up right around 11:30ish just in time to ring in the new year with us.  We wore some fun hats and blew whistles and watched the ball drop from Reegs TV.  It was so fun.  Mommy and daddy say we did it last year too...and that we plan on making it an annual tradition!  I'm all about that!  I even slept in until 8:45am...Mommy said that Nolan was up at 5:30 to eat though.  She said it wasn't too bad because then he snuggled in and went back to sleep until 8:45.  It was fun to sleep in.  We hung out at home and played with my new toys from Christmas.  Daddy played too.  Then daddy took me on a date.  We went to see Chipwrecked (the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie).  A fun party and a fun New Years Day!
