Parade First!

Well, not first parade for Lauren, but first time riding in one!

Getting ready to be Cinderella in the Derby Days parade in Shakopee.

I rode my first float with my friend, Reegan.  We rode our dance studio float.

 After mommy and daddy dropped me off and then went to sit to watch the parade, I was a little unsure.  I cried when I saw them drive off, but I did just fine. 

I got to sit on the float without a carseat.  It was fun to ride outside too!

Here's my float.  At first, mommy couldn't find me.

She was excited to find me with a smile on my face, especially since I cried when she left.  Don't tell her, but I just wanted to make her feel bad!  :)

Here I am again, at the back of the float.  Don't worry though, my dance teacher, Brenda, was back there to make sure I didn't fall off the float.  I had fun and asked mommy right away when we got home if I could do it again!
