My Grandma Jean Karras became a beautiful angel late last night (March 18th) AZ time or early this morning (March 19, 2010) MN time. Another amazing woman in my life has entered the gates of heaven. I'm thankful for all the moments that I was able to spend with her. May her memories live on.
I'm so thankful for the times that I was able to spend with her in recent years. Since she lived in AZ, our visits mostly took place on the phone. Even Lauren talked to her on the phone a few weeks ago. I was able to make three trips to AZ to visit when my grandparents moved there...for spring break my senior year of college, and then most recently 2 Christmases ago and last summer.

Thanks for being you Grandma! Thanks for teaching me so much about life. May your memories live on. I miss you so much already!

the date is really the 18th............ she died @ 1:50am our time which was 11:50pm PHX time. Nice pictures and comments. I miss her too! Love you lots, I am so glad that we went together last June. IT was an awesome time together!
