Papa Dave's surprise!

Finally, I can spill the beans! My Papa Dave turned the big 6-0 on October 4th. Mommy and the rest of our family planned a surprise birthday party for him...with a surprise present. Boy, do I love surprises! The entire family was together this weekend, so Saturday nite we celebrated with Birthday dessert and birthday presents. Here is a picture of the gang (minus Aunt Noel's friend, Rob)!

I got to help Papa open his presents. He got some clothes....

I even played with Uncle Neil. He's a pretty cool guy.

My favorite part of course was when Papa played with me! We read my favorite book, Goodnight Moon.

We also played with my teddy bear!

I think Papa's favorite present was his Vikings tickets (to share with his closest friends of his choosing)....Lucky for the family, they were closest in location to the game for Sunday. Guess who got to go! (Not me, but I had fun playing with Leah, Kim, and Jarrod!) Here are some pics of the close game. Mommy said it was a nail biter and that the Vikings won after the very last play (a missed field goal by the Ravens)!

Mommy's always got her eyes closed! She needs to hold them open for pictures.
