Well, it's been over 365 days since I have been on this earth. I have survived through the help of my parents and many others! It has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more years with my family! I thought I'd let everyone know what I'm up to and in to these days! Everyone says that I am "such a big girl" now. Here's my top 12!
1. I've discovered independence. Yep, I don't always appreciate it when mommy & daddy feed me. I'd rather do it myself. I also like to brush my teeth by myself and go up the stairs by myself.
2. I'm switching from mommy's milk to whole milk. At first, I really didn't like the whole milk, but then I think mommy & daddy tricked me by slipping some whole milk into my mommy's milk. Now for me, milk is milk is milk. Some times I'm too busy to finish an entire bottle or sippy cup.
3. I'm not sure about this "real" people food, but baby food is getting "really" messy since I'm trying to feed myself! I love cheese, toast, mac n cheese, yogurt, french fries, ice cream, and bananas. Cold meat sandwiches, fish sticks, and chicken breast are okay. I usually put other fruits (i.e., peaches, pears) and veggies (i.e., carrots, peas, beans) in my mouth and then spit them out.
4. I like to walk, run, and dance. Every once in a while mommy & daddy catch me spinning in circles. They haven't caught that one in pictures or video yet. Ha-ha!
5. I like to reach for things that I want, like mommy & daddy's food. I like to use my version of signing "all done" to end activities (mostly eating vegetables and other things I don't want).
6. I like to play with dolls and stuffed animals. I give them hugs and kisses all the time. I carry them around too. I also got a new Little People doll house. I like to put the people in and out. 
7. I like to put toys/objects on my arm and carry them around. I like to take my "purse" just like mommy.
8. I still LOVE my puppies. Sophie still lets me crawl all over her. This weekend, I actually got to walk Charlie with his leash. We were in a fenced area. I grabbed his leash and he walked with me. Both dogs like to play ball with me.
9. I like to put things in places. Mommy has found all sorts of objects in random spots. One time, I put my sock in the toilet! Daddy found his cell phone in my toybox (only after mommy called and the phone rang!) I'm always losing my pacifiers (or mommy & daddy can't find them at least).
10. I have started to help with chores. Mommy showed me how to dust the coffee table last weekend. I also like to help put the laundry from the washer to the dryer.
11. I started gymnastics on Saturday. It's a class for kids like me, age 10 months-19 months. It's fun to get together with new friends and play on the mats. I really liked the balls and bubbles best. I'm learning how to jump and roll.
12. I'm getting ready to go on my first plane ride to visit Great-Grandma Jean & Papoo and lots of other family in Arizona this week.
