We had our first snow of the 2010 winter season. We woke up to a "white surprise". Lauren was more than excited to get dressed to go outside. Nice and early (like 7:30ish) we made the trek to take the dogs out. Saturday our visit with snow was brief. Lauren liked it on the ground, but the snow was still falling. She did not like the snow coming in her face, so we went back inside to watch cartoons.
Sunday morning, we bundled up yet again. This time a little later and this time it wasn't still snowing. Lauren had fun making a snowman with mommy. She proceeded to add arms (and then took them off prior to my pictures) without my help. "Mommy, look he has two arms!" She exclaimed in excitement.

| Lauren spontaneously ran up the the snowman to "give him a hug". |

| Then she requested he wanted to "lay down" and made him take a nap. :) |

| She had lots of fun in the snow, since it wasn't snowing. And then..... |

| got snow in her snowpants and proceeded to begin to take her boots off. Needless to say, she doesn't like the cold snow touching her skin! But neither would I. We headed back inside to warm up. |
