Me and my Grandma Bonnie

Last Friday (August 27th), I had a special day. I got to spend the morning and all of my time before nap with Grandpa Dave and Mommy. Then, when Grandma Bonnie got home from work and I got up from my nap, we went to the pool. Not just any pool, we went to Wild Water West! They had lots of waterslides, a lazy river, and a wave pool. We had fun! Thanks for the tickets Aunt Mary and Uncle Greg! We missed you there! The weather was kinda windy. My mommy was a chicken. She said she was too cold, but Grandma Bonnie and I had fun. Mommy, Grandma Bonnie, and I went on the lazy river. I watched Grandma go through the "sprinklers"....and laughed and laughed and laughed. The next time around, we all went through the "sprinklers!" It was so fun! Next we played in the wave pool. I had to wear a life jacket and wasn't quite sure what to think. We went back to the kiddie area and they tried to get me to go down slides (these slides were just too big for me)...but I did have fun playing in the fountains with Grandma.

We stepped on the fountains to make them stop, and then we jumped off. I washed my hair and Grandma's hair too. My favorite part for sure was the "water mountains!"

What a great day at Wild Water West!
