Talkin' part 2

It seems to me like Lauren is adding words to her vocabulary at lightning speed! She is starting to answer some questions about herself. Most of the time, she needs a model, but not always. She's also combining words to form 2-3 word sentences. Today at lunch, she asked "where's grandpa?" When looking for her nuk, she said, "where is it?" and then when she found it "there it is!" When she wants help, its always "help you?". Lauren also counts to "1" with help and sometimes will say "2". She's also working on learning her colors at daycare.

Her vocabulary includes the following, and I'm sure I'm missing some: mommy, daddy, grandpa, grandma, Sophie, Charlie, puppy, up, down, in, out, on, one, pink, green, yellow, blue, eat, hungry, shopping, cooking, paint, dancing, jump, outside, ice, water, milk, cracker, cookie, banana, pizza, cheese, chocolate, sheep, cat, pig, cow, horse, hippo, Dora, Elmo, baby, bottle, shoe, cup, juice, diaper, bath, ball, bubbles, giraffe (Mr. Giraffe), Lily (Leap Frog), blanket, nuk, ni-night, book, car, truck, plane, please, more, all done, help, socks, shirt, pants, brush, no, where.

You're welcome! It's also Lauren's "baby book" so hopefully it won't disappear someday. Gotta love technology! We are very blessed with a beautiful little girl....who's growin up too fast!
