13 Months!

Okay, so I've been sooo busy that it's hard to keep up with all my updates! Here's my top 13 about being 13 months:

1. I go up and down stairs quickly.

2. I have 8 teeth and counting.

3. My parents think I'm saying "buppy"/puppy, daddy, and mama, but I don't always do it to keep them guessing.

4. I'm drinking whole milk mostly with a sippy cup. I only get a bottle once in awhile before bedtime.

5. I decide when I want to eat. I do have favorites like cheese, mac n cheese, bananas, toast, and yogurt. I also like chicken breasts, salmon, and chicken nuggets. I actually ate peas for the first time tonight! Usually I just mush them with my fingers, occasionally put them in my mouth, and then spit them out.

6. I still love my dolls and stuffed animals. I give them hugs all the time.

7. I like to play in my puppies' homes (i.e., kennels). I will go in them and shut the doors. Tonight I brought a book with me, so I could read in privacy!

8. When I take baths, I like to pull the drain plug all by myself. Then I say bye-bye and watch the water disappear!

9. My favorite game to play is "gonna getcha!" When mommy & daddy say that, I turn and run away from them!
10. I clap when others clap (at appropriate times). We went to the horse races today and I clapped for the horses to cross the finish lines.

11. I don't like to hear the word "NO!" It usually makes me cry, because mommy & daddy say it with a "mad" voice, like when I throw my sippy cup off my high chair!

12. I'm still taking two naps! What can I say all the running around keeping up with mommy & daddy makes me tired!

13. I love to be outside. I like to play in my pool, go for wagon rides, or just run!
