11 MONTHS! Where does time go?

Well, mommy & daddy tell me soon that I will have a big party to celebrate my birthday! I just wanted to fill ya in on what I have been up to for an 11 month old TODDLER! My top 11 of being 11 months in no particular order:

This is me and my bunny. My Great-Grandma Jean made it especially for me!

1. I actually have preferences for food. Yep, sometimes when mommy & daddy give me veggies, I will push them away. I LOVE yogurt and bananas. I have also started to reach for mommy & daddy's food. It looks alot better than puree baby food!

2. I also have started to want to do the spoon by myself. So, mommy says that I am such a messy eater. Sophie & Charlie enjoy it though. They wait patiently below my highchair. Sometimes, I even just sneak them food...just hand it right over! Shhh...but don't tell mommy & daddy!

3. I'd rather walk, than crawl. It's just soo much faster. I'm pretty good at stopping to pick up anything like daddy's shoe, dog toys, magazines, etc. and then continuing to walk. I like to carry objects that are bigger than me.

4. I like to go up the stairs and have started to go down the stairs. I have even figured out how to bring things with me.

5. I let mommy & daddy know that I want toys, food, etc. by reaching. I also like to share with them. I'm a really nice girl and offer them my pacifier and my food. I LOVE my Nuk and so they must too right? AND, If they feed me, I should feed them too!

6. When I am in my high chair, I will sign "all done" to get out.

7. I like to put toys in and take them back out. Mommy & daddy find my pacifiers in all sorts of places!

8. I HATE to be confined...so no more Jumperoo. Sometimes I'm okay in my Pack-in-Play, but only for a little bit.

9. I enjoy naps more...well, I sleep longer anyways. I still take two naps-1 1/2-2 hours in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon. I guess all this walking makes me tired.

10. I like to pretend that I'm talking on the phone either my toy phone or anyone's cell phone.

11. I played outside on the grass today. I wasn't quite sure what to think of it at first, but I think I will like to be outside this summer.
